im having same problem with HTC one. htc one is coming up on maxidot and skoda rsap is coming up on phone but then it trys to connect and wont, sometimes it says "phone not compatible" . i tried installing a few apps on phone to help but still no joy. would really appreciate help on this coz i commute alot of miles to work. cheers in advance The Skoda Octavia (2020) is a compact car model produced by the Czech automaker Skoda Auto. I also had problems with the Bluetooth phone system as it wouldn't scroll the phone book. Eventually I couldn't connect the phone at all. Very recently my mobile phone had a operating system update, I have a Motorola G4 and uploaded the Nougat upgrade. I tried to connect the phone to the Amundsen and low and behold it worked perfectly.
Only issues experienced by me is that the bluetooth in the MFD (via the separate bluetooth module) was fighting against the bluetooth in the RCD330 to connect to the phone and causing confusion. I've tried my best to code out the bluetooth module but it's not having it, so I've just removed all the paired devices for now and things seem to be OK.
When I connect my Iphone to the integrated Bluetooth kit in my octavia II, I only get part of the contacts of the sim, I cannot acess th missed calls, received calls or the phonebook. Is there a problem with my version or is something that i have to change in the radio menu. Then with the cigarette lighter I plugged in a 2xusb power source and then bought a Bluetooth to aux module. (£7.99 flea bay). Ran cables behind dash and plugged into connects 2 unit behind stereo. And Bingo, bog standard stream unit now has Bluetooth for music and calls. Total cost including connects 2 around £45-50. Hi, I have the same problem, my Octy is from 2005 and have the old module,it came with the car and the pre-installation of cell phone,to have the bluetooth i only have to buy the antenna and ask for the programing, i have a nokia 7610, and only works the handsfree, it woks perfectly. przX0.
