On the next page, scroll all the way down and click on Proceed to Step 5.This happened to me after I unlocked my M7 phone last summer and used other SIM cards in my phone. I believe the problem relates to the contacts within the phone becoming loose after insert/removal of SIM cards.. I put two layers of scotch tape on the non contact side of the SIM and trimmed the tape and then inserted the SIM back into the phone.
